1. How long does delivery take? After your order is confirmed, we need 1-3 business days for processing and packing. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days (domestic) and 10-15 business days (international), depending on your location.

2. How is shipping calculated? Best of all, we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $35! For orders below this amount, the standard shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. How can I track my order? As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number and a link to check your order's journey at any time.

4. What is BohemianHome's return policy? We want you to truly love your items! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, BohemianHome accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

6. Are your product materials safe and eco-friendly? Absolutely. At BohemianHome, we prioritize using natural, sustainable, and safe materials such as 100% Cotton, Linen, natural wood, and premium ceramics. In particular, our handcrafted items (like Macrame) are made from natural cotton cords that are highly eco-friendly.

7. Will the actual product look exactly like the picture? We always try to capture product photos that are as close to the actual color and texture as possible. However, due to the nature of the Bohemian style and certain handcrafted items, there might be very slight variations in color or wood grain depending on your screen's lighting. We believe this only adds to the unique, one-of-a-kind charm of your item!
